Sleeping with bees

First of all, bees don't fly in the apiary, but you can watch them through the window. Don't worry, they won't sting you.
What does one gain from sleeping in an apiary, is a question that arises in many minds. I must admit that I cannot resist the pleasure of sleeping with our bees. I simply indulge in aromatherapy, micro-vibrations and the sound of bees, which lull me into a peaceful sleep.
And all the things you can experience when sleeping with bees:
  • Micro-vibrations created by bees' wings. A person sleeping above the four hives can, if he listens carefully, feel the vibratory massage, which has a positive effect on the nervous and muscular systems and on the body's circulation. It triggers self-healing and balances the body.
  • Research shows that sleeping in an apiary improves the body's energy field. An electromagnetic field is created around the hive, and if you touch the hive, you will feel a slight electrification. You can feel this slight, pleasant tension if a bee is walking on your hand.
  • Breathing in the clean, ionised air created in the hives. The air near the hives is highly ionised and the level of free radicals in the body is reduced.
  • Aromatherapy. Many people use a variety of herbal essential oils, many of which are synthetic. The aromas created by the bees bringing nectar, the smell of honey, propolis and pollen create a relaxed atmosphere, which is also enhanced by the ambience of the apiary. All this to soothe you and drift you off to a restful sleep.
Well, you can experience all this with our bees, but just leave your mobile phone at home or in the car, as it disturbs the bees and, consequently, your sleep.
